SOLO GK TRAINING GUIDE

Going to a field and kicking a ball for an hour is not training solo. Training solo is intentional practice, with structure, purpose and design.

The solo GK training guide gives you access to 100+ structured solo training drills, across 30+ purposely and carefully created full sessions, to improve your diving, distribution, handling, positioning, aerial ability, agility, conditioning and more.

The best part is, no wall is required! All you need is a ball, yourself and 4 markers.

The solo GK training guide contains full sessions with varying topic focus and time constraints.
