SESSION STRUCTURE EXAMPLE
Exercise -Zigzags (indoor)
Begin with the ball at your feet
Take a touch to your right with the outside of your right foot, then using the inside of your right foot touch the ball so it goes across to your left foot.
Then take a touch to your left with the outside of your left foot, then using the inside of your left foot, touch the ball so it goes back to your right foot.
Repeat while staying in the spot.
